ONOMATOPOEIA

The crunching sound of boots stepping on snow whose surface has been frozen solid by the fierce cold winds near the brewery. Even after snow accumulates, the mountain wind freezes its surface hard, and each step produces a striking "za-a-gu za-a-gu." The name expresses wonder and surprise at the severity of the mountain winter.

AROMA & TASTE

Fruity and wine-like, best enjoyed chilled or on the rocks. This sake overturns the conventional image of Japanese sake entirely. It features a muscat aroma, a Delaware grape-like flavor, and just a hint of sharpness, making it very much like a white wine. First-time drinkers

are often amazed by how different it is from typical sake.
