AROMA & TASTE

Sweet, melon-like aroma with the crisp sharpness characteristic of sake. Exceptionally clean and pure, capturing the essence of the Hongawa area's pristine waters. A slightly dry junmai daiginjo, very easy to drink. Made with top-grade Yamadanishiki from Hyogo, using CEL24 yeast for a signature clean finish with no aftertaste.
