Karara Karara
ONOMATOPOEIA
The sound of dry leaves lifted and scattered by strong winds blowing down from Mt. Kanpuzan into the Kuwase area. Like wind and leaves playing and laughing "karara karara," the name captures the lightness and playfulness of the mountain breeze.
AROMA & TASTE
Sweet aroma reminiscent of white peaches with a crisp sharpness like a dry wind and a light, soft finish. A very light and easy-drinking junmai daiginjo. The sake rice, Gin no Yume, is contract-grown by farmers in Kubokawa (Shimanto Town) and Demma (Tosa City) in Kochi Prefecture, and polished using the genkei seimai method, which is said to produce flavor equivalent to an additional 10% of polishing.
