ONOMATOPOEIA

Long ago in Hongawa Village, winter ice was stored in icehouses and preserved until summer for the Tosa Domain's feudal lord. Despite Kochi's southern location, the Kuwase area turns into a world of ice each winter. Icicles cover the valleys and mountain walls become walls of ice. Standing

before them, a faint "hyuro hyuro" sound can be heard, as water breathes quietly within the frozen formations.

AROMA & TASTE

Clarity and aroma are the defining qualities, achieved using top-grade Yamadanishiki polished to 30%. A beautiful harmony between Ethyl Caproate and Isoamyl Acetate gives the sake both elegance and depth. The label illustration is by artist Mirocomachiko, printed on silver foil to evoke luxury and ice. The 720 ml bottle is sold in a dedicated gift carton box.
