Aged Mugi Shochu

Barley shochu that has been aged for 10 years in a Hollow tank . The goal of the aging is to show the impact that time alone has on Shochu - The result is a deep and rich shochu with a beautiful roundess and complexity highlighted by a delightful banana fruitiness on the finish.
